Acceptance

By using SparklePro Leads you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Subscriptions

Cleaning company subscribers receive AI-qualified leads in their selected service areas for a recurring monthly fee. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Lead volume varies by demand and is not guaranteed.

Lead quality

Leads are filtered using AI and basic validation but are provided "as is". We do not guarantee that any lead will convert to a contract.

Acceptable use

No spam, scraping, reselling of leads to third parties, or unlawful contact of lead requesters.

Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Cancel anytime to stop future renewals.

Liability

Service is provided without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior month.
